As a performer, when not on screen or stage, I facilitate performance coaching workshops for groups and individuals to help people discover their full potential as performers, public speakers and actors.

This is complemented with evidence-based therapeutic practices such as cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, mindfulness and nature therapy.

I am available for individual face-to-face sessions and online for all ages.
